Itinerary

4 Days / 3 Nights Aswan / Luxor 

 
Day 1: Aswan City Tour - Aswan
  • Upon arriving in Aswan, you will be warmly welcomed by our English-speaking representative and transferred in a private air-conditioned van to your Nile cruise ship. Check-in is scheduled before 12:00 PM, followed by a delightful lunch on board.
  • After lunch, begin your Aswan sightseeing with a visit to the High Dam, built in 1960 by President Gamal Abdel Nasser to protect Egypt from Nile flooding. Next, enjoy a scenic motorboat ride to Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis and built during the Graeco-Roman period. Your day concludes with a visit to the Unfinished Obelisk, an impressive red granite monument dedicated to the god Amun Ra.
  • Return to the ship for a relaxing evening at leisure in Aswan.

Day 2: Kom Ombo - Edfu
  • Start the day with breakfast on board, then join your Egyptologist guide to explore the Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to the dual gods Sobek and Haroeris. Return to the ship for lunch on the sun deck while enjoying breathtaking views of the Nile.
  • In the afternoon, experience a short chariot ride to Temple of Horus in Edfu, one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt. Afterward, return to the cruise for some relaxation. In the evening, enjoy dinner on board followed by an Egyptian Folkloric Show hosted by the cruise staff.

Day 3: Luxor West Bank - Luxor 
  • After breakfast, head to Luxor’s West Bank, the sacred land of the ancient pharaohs. Explore the Valley of the Kings, the final resting place of the Theban kings, and visit three intricately decorated tombs carved into the desert cliffs.
  • Next, visit the remarkable Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari, a stunning terraced structure built into the mountainside. Your tour ends at the Colossi of Memnon, two massive statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III.
  • Return to the ship for lunch, followed by free time in the afternoon to relax on board. Dinner and overnight stay on the cruise.

Day 4: Check Out - Luxor East Bank 
  • After breakfast, check out by 8:00 AM and explore Luxor’s East Bank. Visit the Karnak Temple Complex, the largest religious site ever constructed, dedicated primarily to Amun Ra. Then, discover Luxor Temple, built by a king of the 12th dynasty and expanded by Ramses II.
  • After your tour, you will be transferred by private air-conditioned van to your next destination in Luxor, marking the end of the cruise services.

Day 1: Luxor East Bank - Luxor 
  • Upon arrival at Luxor airport or station, our representative will transfer you to your Nile cruise ship. Check-in is before 12:00 PM.
  • Begin your journey exploring Karnak Temple Complex, one of the largest and most impressive structures in history, primarily dedicated to the god Amun Ra. Continue to Luxor Temple, located in the heart of ancient Thebes, built by a king of the 12th dynasty and completed by Ramses II. Dinner and an Egyptian Folkloric Show will be hosted on board.

Day 3: Edfu - Kom Ombo - Sail to Aswan 
  • Start the day with a guided visit to Temple of Horus in Edfu, followed by lunch on the cruise while sailing to Kom Ombo. Explore the Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to Sobek and Haroeris. Continue sailing to Aswan, enjoying the Nile views from the sun deck. Dinner and overnight stay onboard.
