Itinerary
4 Days / 3 Nights Aswan / Luxor
Day 1: Aswan City Tour
- Upon arrival in Aswan, you will be welcomed by our English-speaking representative and transferred by private air-conditioned van to your stunning Nile cruise ship. Check-in is before 12:00 PM, followed by lunch on board.
- After lunch, enjoy a guided visit to the High Dam, built in 1960 by Egyptian President Gamal Abdel Nasser to protect the country from Nile floods. Next, take a motorboat ride along the Nile to the Temple of Philae, constructed during the Graeco-Roman period and dedicated to the goddess Isis.
- Your tour continues with a visit to the Unfinished Obelisk, carved from red granite and dedicated to the god Amun Ra. After exploring these remarkable sites, you will return to your cruise ship. In the evening, enjoy free time at leisure in Aswan.
Day 2: Kom Ombo - Edfu
- Breakfast will be served on board your ship. Afterward, join your Egyptologist guide for a visit to the Temple of Kom Ombo, one of Egypt’s most remarkable temples, dedicated to the worship of the gods Sobek and Haroeris. Return to your ship for lunch on the sun deck while taking in the stunning scenery along the Nile.
- In the afternoon, enjoy a horse-drawn carriage ride to the Temple of Horus in Edfu, considered one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt. After your visit, return to the ship for a relaxing afternoon on board.
- Dinner will be served on board, followed by an Egyptian Folkloric Show, performed by the ship’s staff for your entertainment.
Day 3: Luxor West Bank - Luxor
- Breakfast will be served on board your Nile cruise. Your day begins with a magical tour of Thebes, the sacred land of ancient Egypt. Explore the West Bank of Luxor, starting with the Valley of the Kings, the royal cemetery of the Theban kings, where many pharaohs were laid to rest.
- Next, visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari, one of the most remarkable examples of ancient Egyptian architecture, entirely carved into the mountainside. Conclude the tour with a stop at the Colossi of Memnon, the impressive statues of King Amenhotep III.
- Return to your ship for lunch and enjoy a relaxing afternoon at leisure. Dinner will be served on board, followed by an overnight stay on the cruise.
Day 4: Luxor East Bank - Check Out
- Check out after breakfast at 8:00 AM. Begin your tour of the East Bank of Luxor, starting with the magnificent Karnak Temple Complex, the largest temple complex in the world, spanning an impressive area. Continue to the Temple of Luxor, originally built by a king of the 12th Dynasty and later completed by the renowned Pharaoh Ramses II.
- At the end of your tour, you will be transferred by private air-conditioned van to your desired location in Luxor, where our services will conclude.

Day 1: Luxor East Bank - Luxor
- Upon arrival at Luxor airport or train station, our representative will transfer you by private air-conditioned van to your Nile cruise. Embarkation is before 12:00 PM.
- In the afternoon, explore the East Bank of Luxor, beginning with the Karnak Temple Complex, one of the largest structures ever built in human history. The main temple is dedicated to the god Amun Ra, regarded as the earthly home of the god. While the earliest parts date back to the Middle Kingdom, some references suggest origins as far back as the 3rd Dynasty.
- Next, visit the Temple of Luxor, originally built by a king of the 12th Dynasty and later completed by the famous Pharaoh Ramses II. Located in the heart of ancient Thebes, this temple, like Karnak, was dedicated to Amun Ra.
- After the tour, return to your ship to rest and refresh. In the evening, enjoy an Egyptian Folkloric Show performed by the ship’s staff. Dinner will be served on board, followed by an overnight stay in Luxor.
- Note: If your arrival time in Luxor is early, the tour will begin immediately to make the most of your time, as cruise check-in is at 12:00 PM. This ensures you won’t have to wait in the lobby before embarking.
Day 2: Luxor West Bank - Sail to Edfu
- Enjoy breakfast on board your Nile cruise before beginning your magical tour of Thebes, the sacred land of ancient Egypt. Start with a visit to the West Bank of Luxor, including the Valley of the Kings, the royal cemetery where the pharaohs and rulers of Thebes were laid to rest.
- Next, explore the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari, a remarkable example of ancient Egyptian architecture, entirely carved into the mountainside. Conclude your tour with a stop at the Colossi of Memnon, the monumental statues of King Amenhotep III.

Day 3: Edfu - Kom Ombo - Sail to Aswan

- Lunch will be served on board as you sail toward Kom Ombo. In the afternoon, explore the Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to the worship of the gods Sobek and Haroeris. Return to your ship and relax on the sun deck, taking in the unique landscapes along the Nile, where ancient Egyptian civilization once flourished.
- Dinner will be served on board during your sail to Aswan. Arrive in Aswan in the late evening and overnight on the cruise.
Day 4: Aswan City Tour - Aswan
- Breakfast will be served on board your ship. Afterward, join your Egyptologist guide for a tour of Aswan, beginning with the High Dam, built in 1960 by President Gamal Abdel Nasser to protect Egypt from the Nile floods.
- Next, enjoy a motorboat ride on the Nile to Agilika Island to visit the Temple of Philae, constructed during the Graeco-Roman period and dedicated to the goddess Isis, mother of Horus. Your tour continues with a visit to the Unfinished Obelisk, a massive red granite monument dedicated to the god Amun Ra.
- Return to your ship for lunch, followed by afternoon tea on board. The evening is free at leisure. Dinner will be served on board, and overnight stay is in Aswan.
Day 5: Disembarkation from cruise - Departure to Cairo
- Check out after breakfast. Our representative will then escort you to Aswan Airport or train station for your departure to Cairo. (Breakfast included)
- Optional Tour: Abu Simbel Temples Excursion
You may choose an optional excursion to the magnificent Abu Simbel Temples, either by private air-conditioned coach or domestic flight. You will be met by our English-speaking tour guide in Aswan and transferred by private A/C van to Abu Simbel, located south of Aswan on the western bank of the Nile in ancient Nubia. - Upon arrival, visit the impressive Abu Simbel Temples, built by the great Pharaoh Ramesses II. The larger temple, known as the Great Temple, is dedicated to the god Ra-Horakhty, while the smaller temple honors Ramesses II and his beloved wife Queen Nefertari.
- After completing your visit, return to Aswan by private A/C van. Upon arrival, you will be transferred either to your selected hotel in Aswan for check-in and relaxation, or directly to Aswan Airport to catch your domestic flight to Cairo.
