Itinerary
4 Days / 3 Nights Aswan / Luxor
Day 1: Aswan City Tour - Aswan
- Upon arriving in Aswan, our English-speaking representative will greet you and transfer you via private air-conditioned van to your luxurious Nile cruise ship. Check-in is before 12:00 PM. Enjoy lunch on board, then embark on an afternoon tour to the Aswan High Dam, built by President Gamal Abdel Nasser in 1960 to protect Egypt from Nile floods. Afterwards, sail by motorboat to Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis and built during the Graeco-Roman era. End the day with a visit to the Unfinished Obelisk, a massive red granite monument dedicated to Amun Ra. Return to your ship for dinner and overnight. Evening at leisure in Aswan.
Day 2: Kom Ombo - Edfu
- After breakfast on board, your Egyptologist guide will take you to Kom Ombo Temple, dedicated to the gods Sobek and Haroeris. Return to the ship for lunch on the sun deck while enjoying the stunning Nile scenery. In the afternoon, experience a traditional chariot ride to Horus Temple in Edfu, one of Egypt’s best-preserved temples. Return to the cruise to relax, enjoy dinner on board, and attend an Egyptian Folkloric Show.
Day 3: Luxor West Bank - Luxor
- Breakfast on the cruise prepares you for a day exploring the West Bank of Luxor, the sacred land of Thebes. Visit the Valley of the Kings, the royal burial ground of pharaohs, then the breathtaking Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El-Bahari, carved directly into the cliffs. Conclude with the Colossi of Memnon, giant statues of King Amenhotep III. Return to your cruise for lunch, enjoy the afternoon at leisure, and have dinner on board.
Day 4: Check Out - Luxor East Bank
- After breakfast and check-out at 8:00 AM, explore Luxor’s East Bank, including the vast Karnak Temple Complex and Luxor Temple, built by the kings of the 12th dynasty and completed by Ramses II. After your tour, transfer via private A/C van to your chosen location in Luxor, marking the end of our services.
5 Days / 4 Nights Luxor / Aswan
Day 1: Luxor East Bank - Luxor
- Upon arrival at Luxor airport or station, your representative will transfer you to your Nile cruise ship. Check-in before 12:00 PM. Spend the afternoon exploring Karnak Temple Complex, the largest ancient religious site in the world, and Luxor Temple, dedicated to Amun Ra. Return to the cruise for dinner and an Egyptian Folkloric Show in the evening.
Day 2: Luxor West Bank - Sail to Edfu
- Start your day with a visit to the West Bank of Luxor, including the Valley of the Kings, Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and Colossi of Memnon. Return to the ship for lunch, then enjoy the afternoon at leisure while sailing toward Edfu. Dinner and overnight on the cruise.
Day 3: Edfu - Kom Ombo - Sail to Aswan

Return to the cruise for lunch as you sail toward Kom Ombo Temple, unique for being dedicated to two gods, Sobek and Haroeris. Enjoy scenic views from the sun deck while sailing to Aswan. Day 4: Aswan City Tour - Aswan
- Breakfast on board is followed by a tour of Aswan, including the High Dam, Philae Temple, and the Unfinished Obelisk. Return to the cruise for lunch and afternoon tea. Evening at leisure with dinner on board and overnight in Aswan
Day 5: Disembarkation from cruise - Departure to Cairo
- After breakfast, check out from your cruise. Our representative will transfer you to Aswan airport or station for your flight to Cairo.
- Optional Excursion: Visit Abu Simbel Temples, built by Ramses II, including the Great Temple dedicated to Rahorakhty and the smaller temple for Ramses II and Queen Nefertari. Return to Aswan for transfer to your hotel or airport.
