Itinerary
Day 1: Welcome to Cairo
- Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, a Cairo Top Tours representative will meet and assist you, then transfer you to your hotel in a private, air-conditioned deluxe vehicle.
- At the hotel, you will receive assistance with a smooth check-in, enjoy a welcome drink, and review your Egypt Tours itinerary, including pick-up times for each day’s excursions.
Overnight in Cairo.
Day 2: Pyramids & Saqqara Tour
- After breakfast at your hotel, meet your guide to begin an exciting Cairo day tour to the Giza Plateau. Explore the Great Pyramid of Cheops, the Pyramids of Chephren and Mykerinus, the Great Sphinx, and the Valley Temple.
- Continue to Saqqara, home to the Step Pyramid of Djoser, designed by the famous architect Imhotep—considered the world’s oldest stone structure. Visit the Pyramid of Teti from inside and explore the Tombs of the Nobles, with walls and corridors depicting scenes of daily life from over 4,000 years ago.
- After lunch at a high-quality local restaurant, head to Memphis, the ancient capital, to see the Alabaster Sphinx, the second-largest of its kind, and the fallen colossal statue of Ramses II.
- Transfer back to your hotel for overnight in Cairo.

Day 3: Cairo City Tour
- After breakfast at the hotel, meet your private guide to visit the Grand Egyptian Museum, home to the world’s largest collection of Egyptian antiquities and the intact treasures of Pharaoh Tutankhamun.
- Next, explore Old Cairo, where Coptic and Islamic monuments coexist in a unique and peaceful setting. Visit the Citadel of Saladin including Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque, and enjoy panoramic views of historic mosques, minarets, and domes.
- Continue to Coptic Cairo to see the ancient Roman fortress of Babylon, the Hanging Church, Church of St. Sergius, and the Ben Ezra Synagogue, believed to be the site where baby Moses was found.
- After lunch, explore Islamic Cairo, wandering through medieval streets and gates dating back to the 10th century, and finish the day with tea at Fishawy Café in the famous Khan El Khalili Bazaar.
- Return to the hotel for overnight in Cairo.

Day 4: Aswan & Nile Cruise
- After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Cairo International Airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, our representative will meet and assist you, then escort you to your luxurious Nile River cruise.
- Board the cruise before lunch, then begin your Aswan tour with visits to the High Dam and the stunning Temple of Philae. Afterward, sail to Kom Ombo, an ancient Ptolemaic city with a remarkable temple complex.
- Enjoy afternoon tea on board while sailing to Edfu. In the evening, have dinner on the cruise and join the onboard disco party.

Day 5: Edfu Temple & Sail to Luxor

Day 6: Luxor Nile Cruise Sightseeing
- After breakfast on board, cross to Luxor’s West Bank for a journey through ancient Egyptian history along the Nile River. Begin with the Valley of the Kings, where you can explore the rock-cut tombs of New Kingdom pharaohs. Continue to the stunning Temple of Deir El Bahari, dedicated to Queen Hatshepsut.
- On the East Bank, visit the Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple, marveling at the grand courtyards, colossal columns, and the granite statues of Ramses II. Stop at the Colossi of Memnon, two massive statues of Amenophis III, standing majestically along the Nile.
- Lunch is served on board the cruise. Enjoy afternoon tea on the upper deck while relaxing and taking in the views. Overnight on the Nile Cruise in Luxor.

Day 07: Luxor to Sharm El Sheikh
- After breakfast, disembark from your Nile River cruise and transfer to Luxor Airport for your flight to Sharm El Sheikh. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, where you will spend the night.

Day 08: Sharm El Sheikh – Optional Excursions
- Enjoy a free day in Sharm El Sheikh, or choose to join our optional excursion to Ras Mohammed National Park, a unique land-and-sea nature reserve. Covering 480 square kilometers at the meeting point of the Gulf of Suez and the Gulf of Aqaba in southern Sinai, the park features arid deserts, sand dunes, gravel plains, fossilized corals, and granite mountains. Rare mammals such as the Dorcas gazelle, Nubian ibex, and red fox inhabit the area, while birdwatchers can spot terns, herons, gulls, and ospreys. Every year, thousands of white storks migrate through Ras Mohammed—southbound in September–October and northbound in April–May. The park is also home to around 85 plant species, including thriving mangroves. Overnight at your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh.

Day 09: Sharm El Sheikh – Optional Excursions
- Spend a free day at your leisure in Sharm El Sheikh, or join our thrilling Quad Bike tour. Pickup from your hotel is at 2:00 PM, followed by a short 15-minute transfer to the Quad Bike center.
- After a brief safety and driving briefing, begin your adventure across the stunning Sinai desert. Ride through sand dunes and enjoy breathtaking desert landscapes. About an hour into the ride, stop at the highest point of Wadi Al-Aat to relax and savor traditional Bedouin herbal tea. Afterwards, ride back to Sharm El Sheikh and transfer to your hotel for a free evening.

Day 10: Sharm El Sheikh – Optional Excursions
Enjoy a free day in Sharm El Sheikh, or join our optional tour to the historic Monastery of St. Catherine, nestled in the heart of Sinai at the foot of Mount Sinai (Gebel Musa). This remarkable monastery, managed by the Greek Orthodox Church, houses the world’s second-largest collection of illuminated manuscripts.
